As Lead Storyboard Revisionist, I managed a team of three revisionists and oversaw multiple episodes in production at the same time, with as many as seven episodes overlapping in a single week. I prepared Storyboard Pro files with draw-overs, assigned sequences based on each artist’s strengths while making sure the work was evenly distributed, and was the primary point of contact between the team and the director. I tracked deadlines and progress using Excel, staying in frequent communication with the team to make sure revisions were delivered on time. I reviewed and revised boards for accuracy, approved sequences for editorial, and trained a revisionist with no prior storyboard experience. Alongside my leadership responsibilities, I continued working as a fourth revisionist, with a focus on maintaining a supportive, collaborative team environment.
