I managed a team of three revisionists and oversaw multiple episodes in production at the same time. I prepared Storyboard Pro files with draw-overs, assigned sequences based on each artist’s strengths while making sure the work was evenly distributed, and was the primary point of contact between the team and the Director(s). I tracked deadlines and progress using Excel, staying in frequent communication with the team to make sure revisions were delivered on time. I reviewed and revised boards for accuracy, approved sequences for editorial, and trained a revisionist with no prior storyboard experience.
